Leprechaun은 별도의 Purification 없이 미량(1?25 ?L)의 샘플만으로 Exosome과 Lentivirus를 동시에 분석하는 플랫폼입니다. Antibody Capture, Interferometric Sizing, 3-channel Fluorescence Imaging을 통해 한 번에 최대 16개 샘플을 분석하며, Exosome의 크기(35 nm 이상)·농도·Phenotype, Lentivirus의 Titer·Structure·패키징 RNA Content·Contaminant를 정밀 확인할 수 있습니다.
