CLARIOstar® Plus는 LVF monochromator·filter·UV/Vis spectrometer로 원하는 assay별 검출 조건을 설정 가능한 멀티 모드 microplate reader입니다. 6-well부터 1536-well plate까지 사용이 가능하며, 전용 소프트웨어 Voyager로 손쉽게 실험 워크플로우 구성이 가능합니다.

CLARIOstar® Plus는 고급 LVF Monochromators™, 고감도 필터 및 초고속 UV-Vis 분광기를 갖춘 멀티 모드 마이크로 플레이트 리더입니다. Monochromator의 파장 선택 유연성과 filter 기반 검출 성능을 하나의 장비로 누릴 수 있으며, 다양한 detection mode를 High-Density plate, Flying mode로 빠르게 측정할 수 있습니다. SMART Control·Voyager·MARS 등 전용 소프트웨어를 이용해 assay 조건 설정부터 데이터 처리까지 편리하게 조절 가능합니다.

- Spectral ScanningFI뿐 아니라 luminescence까지 spectral scan이 가능해서 새로운 fluorophore나 assay 조건을 탐색 가능. EDR(Enhanced Dynamic Range) 기능으로 최대 10^8배 차이나는 signal 세기까지 한 번에 측정 가능
- 빠른 측정 속도1536-well microplate까지 지원, Flying mode로 1 flash 기준 96-well 8초, 384-well 15초, 1536-well 28초에 판독 가능
- 소프트웨어 연계SMART Control 또는 Voyager로 reader를 자유롭게 제어하고 assay를 설계할 수 있으며, MARS에서 분석 데이터 처리 가능
